Our bicycle bead rings are manufactured using high-performance aramid yarn and specialised bonding technology to provide exceptional strength, flexibility and durability. Engineered for modern bicycle tyres, these lightweight bead rings offer reliable tyre retention while reducing overall tyre weight, contributing to improved riding performance and efficiency.

The aramid yarn is wound into a ring and covered with a matrix. The result is stiff enough for automatic transfer with a bead carrier during tyre building, while the finished tyre keeps enough flexibility in the bead area to be folded.
